My name is Luca and I am a passionate Italian cook.
I love to share my knowledge and excitement for cooking with other people

Starting from a very early age, I regularly spent time in the kitchen. My passion for cooking was inspired by my mother and grandmother. They taught me the many secrets of various recipes that make up our culinary tradition. I find it empowering and inspiring to share these values and knowledge with other people and spread the love I have for food.

Food brings so many people together. It gives joy to those eating, allowing us to indulge in our favourite flavours.

My cooking classes are easy to follow, fun and uplifting. My presentation and teaching style is dynamic, engaging, and charismatic, ensuring everyone will have the best possible experience. My mission is to teach traditional Italian food, allowing my students to relax, learn and feel confident and proud of something they’ve created with their own hands, while learning new skills, acquiring specific knowledge about Italian culture, socialising with like-minded individuals and, of course, appreciating a delicious dish made from good quality ingredients.

 We had a great time cooking with Luca, he is a generous host, and very adaptable (accommodating our vegetarian needs). It was interesting to learn a bit more about Cava too. There was a great group of guys assembled, and we had a fun night. As someone who isn’t much of a cook, it was interesting to try some new things, and good to have the recipes to try out again at home. Though for me, I’d say it was more about the social than the learning. We are looking forward to future events.
