  • 100gr of 00 flour
  • 100ml of water
  • Few drops of olive oil
For the sauce:
  • 1 tomato can (passata)
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 tbsp of capers
  • 1 handful, about 80g of pitted black olives
  • Half a tsp of chili flakes
  • 1 tsp of dried oregano
  • 1 chopped garlic clove
  • Olive oil
  • Few pine nuts and fresh chopped parsley to decorate the dish

Utensils:
  • 1 frying pan
  • 1 big pot to boil the pasta
  • 1 chopping board
  • 1 colander
  • 1 rolling pin
